Cinematique Instruments

Purchasing : To purchase an instruments, add the instrument of your choice to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button. You can add as much instrument as you like to. After making your choice to proceed with payment, please click the "Check Out" button. Payments can be made via "paypal" or "2 checkout". After clicking the respective button you will be forwarded to your payment portal. As soon as the payment procedure has ben succesfully completed you will receive an auto-generated mail containing all download links of the instrument(s).

Why didn´t I get a purchase notification? Over the past few months we found that some US providers (for example comcast.net com and sympatico.ca) has been blocking our emails. We have been in contact with these providers in order to sort out the issue. Another reason why you may not have received an email could be an accidental arrival in your spam folder - please check. Anyway, if you don´t get a purchase notification from us within 30 minutes, please contact us.

Sample Format: All samples are recorded in 16bit, 44.1 kHz, stereo or mono.

Instrument Format: All instruments are in .nki format for Native Instruments Kontakt, requiring a full version of Kontakt 3 or higher is required. If you are working with the free Kontakt Player, you can just use our instruments in the ***DEMO*** mode for 30 minutes.

Depth and Complexity: The basic principle and top priority of our library is the high playability of each instrument combined with a brilliant and inspiring sound. As a consequence we focus on recording exclusively such notes and variations of each instrument which are really necessary to reach this goal. Thus each instrument has got as many Round Robin variations and velocity layers as it requires. The final arrangement is the outcome of a fine adjustment by means of the sampler engine. So, we don´t limit the number of samples, but instead record the amount sufficient for our purposes, affording us the opportunity to offer our instruments for a reasonable price.

Licence Grant: The provided samples, instruments and presets can be used for commercial or non-commercial music-production, sound effects, audio/video post production, performance, broadcast or similar finished content creation and production use without the prior permission of Cinematique Instruments under the terms of this agreement. The license for this product is granted only to a single user. Cinematique Instruments allows you to use any of the sounds and samples in the libraries you have purchased for commercial recordings without paying any additional license fees or providing source attribution to Cinematique Instruments.

This license forbids any re-distribution method of this product, or its sounds, through any means, including but not limited to, re-sampling, mixing, processing, isolating, or embedding into software or hardware of any kind, for the purpose of rerecording or reproduction as part of any free or commercial library of musical and/or sound effect samples and/or articulations, or any form of musical sample or sound effect sample playback system or device. Licenses cannot be transferred to another entity, without the written consent of Cinematique Instruments.

Legal: Cinematique Instruments retains full copyright privileges and complete ownership of all recorded sounds, instrument programming, documentation and musical performances included in this product.

Responsibilty: Using this product and any supplied software is at the licensees own risk. Cinematique Instruments holds no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss arising from any form of use of this product.
